This PR adds two new interactive terminal commands for working with OpenAPI specifications, inspired by oq:

Breaking Changes
None - all additions are new commands
Migration Notes
The Go workspace (
go.work) enables building from the repository root while keeping TUI dependencies isolated. Homebrew's existing build command continues to work unchanged.
